While many of our users have succeeded in pairing their devices to their TVs, we have yet to support this officially. Q: QuestionThe charger case for the earbuds doesn’t charge above 10%, red light only. Tried with supplied cable, other cables, many sockets, the root issue is the charger case. This means the earbuds don’t fully charge also.
