You would have to buy the noise cancellation earbuds in order just a used one ear bud . These Will only work in both ears , hopefully that helps !!! Have a good day Mike

Hello Mike - Yes, if you use only the left earbud of the Jabra Elite 3, you will not lose any audio that would normally come from the right earbud.  Thank you.
