“I am experiencing issues with sound only in video calls (connected to laptop Bluetooth), it is coming through very robotic and staggered. How can I solve this as all other audio is working fine. I have tried connecting to another laptop, with same result.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, I’ve found that a lot of (esp. “Budget-friendly”) BT headphones aren’t designed to be used with computers—only with phones. Sometimes this leads to sound issues, other times shoddy connectivity. Unfortunately, I don’t believe this is fixable—though it’s not unique to the specific product, but to the class of product.
