I really love these headphones. They are fantastic!! Comfortable, good battery life, features are good, connection is stable, secure fit. BUT the reviews are lies. There is lag on IOS Iphone apps, such as youtube and instagram. Even with upgraded firmware. I've even tried replacing it with a new unit and the lag is still there. I've tried removing all the bluetooth devices and just adding this one, still there. I tried with restarting the phone and on another brand new iphone. Still the lag persists. This has to do something with the apps because some apps work flawless like plex, netflix, amazon video. Everything else is no good. I really recommend this for no wires, great sound, great fit. But if you watch mostly youtube, you will be upset. There is video sound sync issues with some apps. It works fine in the browser, but in the app it doesn't work. Otherwise, love these. I am keeping mine but thought I would answer for others wondering the same thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is audio delay but only on my YouTube app on iPhone X. I tried using the YouTube app on different devices and I still experienced audio lag. The only work around is going to the safari version of YouTube, this worked flawlessly. All other video app (Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu) worked good too. Unfortunately I watch more YouTube than those other apps. Waiting on an update from either YouTube or Jabra.

I also noticed audio lag on Mac playing youtube video through Chrome but the lag is much better than on iPhone. Another issue i noticed is when I connect my Elite 65t to my Macbook Pro (2016 touchbar version) and iPhone X at the same time and play youtube video using chrome on Mac, there's audio dropout every a few minutes. I hope they can fix this in the firmware updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fit and sound are just perfect. But the delay inbetween picture and sound is really bad. Tried it on different apps, through smart-tv's, gaming laptops, gaming pc's, merc and BMW. Same problem everytime and even while the sound is brilliant you cannot watch a movie or play a game with realtime sound even if both devices have bluetooth 5.0. I ultimately returned them. If they fix the delay issue I will buy another pair asap.

I have used them for youtube and netflix. So far i havent encountered audio sync issues. I tried playing asphalt 9, and noticed a slight delay, but not so much that it was bothering or anything.

I have had no issues with lag on YouTube or Netflix. Seems most of the negative feedback from the answers to your questions are Apple related though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an iPhone X and there is a slight lag depending on your network connection with your phone or wifi. I previously had the jaybirds X1, X2, X3 and freedom 2 but these are comparable to them. The bass isn't as good though. But you can adjust the audio with your app. Overall I am pretty content with these headphones. Out of all of the true wireless headphones I chose these as they advertise it as having no lag issues and they are 98% correct. I was going to go with the Bragi dash pro but I saw reviews that said there was lag on videos.
