“When answering a call or making a call, i can't hear anything through my ear buds. Nor can the other person on the other line hear me. Does any one else get this?”

• Are the buds connected to multiple devices, like your computer? That's the only time I had a similar problem - the buds ignored the phone & prioritized my computer
