They're really versatile as they can be used in an office environment thanks to the ambient sound feature, they have good isolation when you need it and they sound great. Also they're sweat resistant so they're good for workouts and the fit is good and secured without the need of wings or hooks. Really recommend these, I have Bose Soundport Free, Jaybird Run, Samsung Gear X 2018, and I find myself using these 80% of the time.

You can pair to your laptop, and toggle the music for laptop, then pair to your phone and toggle phone calls, but you CANNOT simultaneously connect two phones. Talked with Jabra technical support.
