They pair with my iPad, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone Xs, so I would be inclined to say yes! They definitely should be able to pair with an Apple Watch. It might depend on which model of Apple watch(due to the advances in Bluetooth). If it is an Apple Watch 4 or 5, definitely! Not sure about #3, 2, or 1.

The connection between the Elite 65t and an apple watch will become unstable (that is if you ever get them to connect) and will disconnect and reconnect continually. This behavior is caused by the operating systems of the iPhone and Apple Watch. From the Apple point of view, there is no need for headphones to be connected to two devices simultaneously. So multiple connections (such as headphones connected to iPhone and Apple Watch simultaneously) are not supported by Apple. Thank you for your question.
