My wife uses them and she has smaller ear canals than I do. We switch the earpieces out for the smaller set that came with the Jabra Elite 65t for her, and the medium set for me, and have no issues fit great!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the small and my wife uses the medium sized ear inserts. Try all three and choose the one that fits you best over a period of time. She started with the small and they fell out. The medium was perfect for her.

Please try again later. They have 3 different earbud sizes, I have the smallest ones but they were a little tricky to put on at first, but there’s a certain way to fit them into your ears and once they’re in they don’t budge! Altbough I’m still paranoid at times that they might fall out so I press them into my ear every now and then, but that’s just me.

It comes with three sizes of ear gels, small, medium and large. We encourage our users to try each size, and you may need to mix and match between ears as no two ears are alike. We hope that you will try the Elite 65t! Please feel free to contact us with any further questions: https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer
