I'm chiming in to let you know to look elsewhere. The microphone does a *horrendous* job at cancelling out background noise. For example, I'll be on a call with my parents while doing little chores around the house. Occasionally they will say "what the heck are you doing?!". I'm usually taken aback because I'm just moving things off a counter or typing on a keyboard. They can hear everything! The microphone is much too sensitive in my opinion. The only remedy for this is for Jabra to add a microphone input threshhold to their app to limit background sounds. These headphones sound great, but unless you're sitting still and doing nothing, dont make a call on these things.

I can hear people and people hear me, otherwise THEY CANNOT UNDERSTAND ME although I can understand them.

I work in a call center like environment and it gets really loud but I can hear my music like I’m in a studio by myself. Calls are pretty good as well. I have noticed a little echo when on a call but other than that it does cancel out all other sounds.
