I wear them to sleep every night, There’s a possibility of accidentally pressing the pause button when it’s pressed against your pillow but that’s never happened to me. If you had that issue you could use the app to make the button presses do nothing. Another benefit is if/when your headphone falls out, it pauses the music. That way if you can listen to a long playlist without worrying about not hearing your alarm.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even though this is a great product for daily activities and extracurricular activities, personally I don't recommend these to sleep in. These do go inside the ear so if you was to rotate either side while sleeping, you could force them to go deeper and more than likely damage your hearing. I don't know if there's a product out there that'll be more suited for your needs but good luck on your search!
