“I understand these are not certified for Microsoft Skype or Teams. But if I were to use the Jabra 370 Link Adapter would it work better with Skype/Teams? Would love to use as my go to for remote meetings, etc.”

Hi Andy, great question! At this time we do not recommend using your Jabra Elite 85h with the Jabra Link 370. While many of our users have had success using the two devices together, this is not something that we officially support. As a result, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result from this.

Yes. This is also the same for Jabra's other Elite devices (65t, 75t, Active models, etc). You can use Jabra Direct software on the PC to pair your Elite 85h to the Jabra 370 Link Adapter... and you can also manage settings from there and not exclusively through Sound+ on your phone.
