“I have an iPhone X. I love the audio quality on this headset and the battery life. My calls sound very clear, but when calling other iPhones I don't get the quality that I get when using the handset or other headphones. Why is that?”

• Try a bluetooth reset, delete headphone from your phone, restart your phone, then repair the headset and see if that helps Good luck

• Check if WiFi calling is on in settings and turn it off.
