QuestionI understand these are not certified for Microsoft Skype or Teams. But if I were to use the Jabra 370 Link Adapter would it work better with Skype/Teams? Would love to use as my go to for remote meetings, etc.

- Answer Hi Andy, great question! At this time we do not recommend using your Jabra Elite 85h with the Jabra Link 370. While many of our users have had success using the two devices together, this is not something that we officially support. As a result, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result from this.

QuestionI’m having problems getting sound from my Sony tv. I can connect with the Samsung tv no problems. But Sony doesn’t work.

- Answer I have a Sony TV and have not been able to connect any Bluetooth headphones to it. This might be because I am using the TV in ARC mode which outputs sound to my receiver. This may be causing the TV Bluetooth function to be disabled. Try connecting other Bluetooth headphones to your Sony TV. If other headphones work then you know it is this particular headphones.

- Answer Thought so: my samsung s7 with android 8 switches back to SBC. So whats the point of having a high quality headset that only supports SBC?? Sending mine back.
