• You still have to pick up the phone and select a Bluetooth device

• Hello PO - Thank you for your question. To answer an incoming call on the Jabra Elite 85t, you can use press the button on the Right Earbud. Outgoing calls can be made from your phone or you can activate your voice assistant by double tapping the Right Earbud.
