This is the question I asked before I purchased them and I was told that it was some of the best noise cancellation available extremely disappointed

Advanced ANC cancels more noise thanks to its dedicated ANC chip and microphones not only on the outside but also on the inside of each earbud. You can tune the level of Advanced ANC to suit your preferences and situation in the Jabra Sound+ app, and with the semi-open design of the Elite 85t the sound of your own chewing and footsteps is reduced so you can listen and talk without the isolating “earplug effect.” Because of the semi-open design, the Elite 85t Advanced ANC can be used both during calls and while listening to audio such as music or videos. The human ear is not equally sensitive across all frequencies and ambient noise is not generated equally across all frequencies. This can have a profound effect on perceived noise cancellation. With the addition of different environments and situations the Jabra devices are used, selecting a specific number that is valid for all environments and situations would not be accurate, nor suitable for its intended purpose.
