I just bought these last week and cannot get left earbud to turn on have tried everything an I return or take to Best Buy for someone to show me what I’m doing wrong or get replacement? null

I had same issue. I returned and then the other airbud did not work. I exchanged again and it works. 1/3 works…poor quality.

I suggest taking it in for help.Worst case scenario, swapping it out for the same item.

Mine will do this sometime and i have to put them back in the case and put them back in my ear to get the left one to reconnect. Also try just pressing and holding the bottom button on the left earbud, will connect that waybas well.
