The Jabra Elite Active 65t features an internal accelerometer to assist in tracking exercise, as well as a slightly higher protection from moisture in case of sweat. The Elite Active 65t also has a slightly rubberized texture on the outside for more in ear stability. Aside from this, the two devices are very similar. Thank you.
