“Am I able to pair these with my desktop PC (windows based) as well as my Samsung Galaxy? Think I saw these were designed for tablet not computer but wanted to check. Thanks”

For me, these do NOT work with the laptop (windows based). I am assuming that you might have issues with the desktop PC as well. With Samsung galaxy it works MOST of the times but often it gets disconnected for some reason.
