Is there an Eq to customize sound on the app? null

Yes you have to go to the headphone settings

Yes but it's as basic as you can get. I have mine set to provide very good sound, but Jabra really needs to step up and create a big boy equalizer like what Jaybird provides.

Hello Gio, The Jabra Sport Life App does have a basic equalizer included. (Once connected you go to Settings, Headphone Settings, then Music Equalizer.) Thank you for your interest.
