Q: QuestionCan you skip songs with them ? Instead of using the phone

• A:Answer Yes, you can. Press and hold the volume up button and you can skip a track. Press and hold the volume down button and you repeat/play previous song. I have an iPhone so I am not sure if it's the same with other phones. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer No, you can use just the right if you want (I use just 1 for cycling). You lose the left side controls (skip, volume) but you keep the voice control which you can use to skip (or change volume).

• A:Answer Bass response is the Achilles heel of these buds. They sound about like the standard earbuds that come (for free) with an iPod. I use the Jabra buds with my iPhone 6s and they sound very thin and tinny. And yes, I've tried every combination of foam tip and ear gel they have and made sure they are properly fitted. If you turn on the bass boost of your device, that helps, but even with that they don't sound great - just adequate. If you are hung up on the "truly wireless" thing, then maybe these are for you, but the redesigned Bose SoundSport earbuds sound much better - and for $100 less. Just make sure they were made after 8/1/16. All you have is one wire that connects the two buds.

• A:Answer I had the same question. Jabra directly responded saying YES. Unfortunately, I bought and tried them lap swimming in a 25 yd pool. I placed the iPhone in my lane with my swim gear. About half way across the pool, the sound crackled and disconnected bluetooth. Earbuds are ok since they are water resistant. Great sounds, great mike, but a no no for swimmers. Also, if you use ear plugs to protect your ears from water, you won't be able to wear ear plugs with these ear buds. I returned them the next day.

• A:Answer Yes, but don’t bother. The Jabra Elite Sport have a known issue where one of the earbuds will just die for no reason. Jabra support is no help and will just give you the run around. I would invest your money in ear buds that have less known problems and better support.

The battery is limited to the advertised 3 hours, but that met my expectation. For long flights, or times when you cannot recharge, you still need to pack a back up pair of wired headphones.

• A:Answer Technically 33ft, but I believe the range is closer to fifty feet. I can set my phone next to a 1/16 mile indoor track at the gym I go to and run the track for my entire workout and not loose a beer. Also, I can put my phone in the back pocket while riding outside with a perfect connection. For some reason I've found a lot of other Bluetooth earbuds that will skip with your phone in the back pocket.

• A:Answer Hello Tori, We would not recommend using this headset to swim. The Jabra Elite Sport features IP67 waterproofing. It will withstand submersion in water up to 1 meter, for at least 30 minutes. Chlorine may negatively impact this headset as it is not intended for exposure to chlorine. In addition Bluetooth signal does not travel particularly well through water. Thank you for your question.
