Questiondo these allow for cross hearing? ie the left one picks up the sound and I hear it in my right ear bc my left ear hearing loss bad. thank you

- Answer Yes you will hear in both ears. When you go thru the test in the beginning after you download the app, it will automatically adjust the hearing for each ear. Plus you can adjust hearing also manually.

- Answer Yes and yes. The earbuds last about 11hours before you need to put them back in the case and charge them up. The charger itself allows the earbuds to recharge for about 12 hours before you need to plug them into a power source.,

- Answer You would need to have the case for the hearing aid for it to charge, so you would not be able to purchase just the right one. There are 3rd party sites I have seen that sell spare parts, so you could technically buy a spare case and a spare right hearing aid, but I don't think setup would work as it forces you to go through the left and right one.

During setup with the Jabra Enhance App, you will be guided through a hearing test to determine which frequencies you are experiencing trouble with. At this time, there are no programmable EQ settings to choose the specific frequencies where you experience hearing loss.
