• Headset has "passive" noise cancellation. Very rarely do I hear my other coworkers on calls when I am on a call myself

• Hello CallCenterCrazy, The Jabra Evolve 65 has a noise canceling microphone. There is not a specific percentage reduction. Thank you for your question.
