I’ve had the same issue with my iPhone 8. I’m thinking the device is not up to date with new phones. Although I did read a review about an iPhone 5s having the same issue. So I don’t know what the problem is. Sorry I can’t answer your question, though. Thought you’d like to hear that someone else has the same issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is very simple. Your bluetooth is not turned on either on your phone or the Jabra itself. If this is not the case I don’t know what to tell you. It should work great though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe too old but first try going to bluetooth menu on galaxy and put in pairing mode. And at same time do with jabra. May have to type in a pin code. Most are 0000 or 1234 Last resort...read directions for pairing on both units. Good luck
