• It will read your contacts in your phone and say the names it see's if your phone is capable of using the version of firmware needed for the Bluetooth to read it. It reads the names in my contact list. If it's capable of reading your contacts it will ask if you want to allow it to use them.

• If you have the number stored in your phone yes it says the name of the person calling. I believe it will say the number of an unknown caller too.

• No this thing doesn't tell you squat! only tells you when you are almost out of battery. Does not even have a light to tell you when it is charging or when it is charged. Look else where.
