• It comes with a Car charger and USB cable for charging, but not a wall charger.

• It actually comes with a car charger and USB charging cable, but no wall charger. You would need to either use another wall to USB charger or plug into a USB port on a computer.

• Yes it has a charger. It is a micro-USB charger. I have a spare one from my Android phone which also charges this one.
