Good question. Wish I could answer that with absolute certainty, but I believe you can. I bought a replacement phone last week, and when I sinc'd the headset via Bluetooth to the new phone, both of my phones showed up on the device.

Yes. And it keeps telling you over and over again that you have two devices connected. I do not recommend this device.
