I love the "toughness" of this earpiece and that it's not going to fall apart on me if I'm caught in the rain. The Cons for me would be that the "answer" button is a little too small & awkward, and I'd prefer to use it without the ear hook (it's uncomfortable) but my ears are small and I can't get it to stay in without it due to the earbuds all being too big also.

Has some issues with the audio level and sync with my iPhone 6. Once that was resolved it works well. Not to happy with the short time it works with charge (at best 5 hours continous use).

The Steel blue tooth headset is just what I was looking for at a great price. I could not find a Bluetooth headset for my phone for under "$99.00 that would tell me who was calling It defeats the purpose if I had to look at my phone when someone called. I paid $50.00 for it and I am very happy with it.

I am a contractor and my main gripe with the earpiece is that the in ear piece hurts my ear after a day of wearing it and the over the ear piece doesn't sit tight as I have glasses. So far it has held up to the rigors of work, but I do wish it had a longer talk time as I like to listen to music while I work. The only durability concern I have is with the plastic cover for the charging port. It seems like it might break soon. Its only been a month and so far has been fine, though it could be a problem. It is also hard to move out of the way to get the plug in. There is no volume control, as many have reviewed which would be nice, though I've been able to get by. If it sat I my ear better, it would sound better. Overall, it does what it says and is nice to be hands free while I'm working. I'm been happy with it so far.

Had to switch from Bose, which I loved, because it was discontinued. In-the-ear adapter doesn't secure the earpiece very well (I can't stand the wrap around style) and no volume control on the unit (gotta keep your phone close by). Sound is good, though, and battery life is excellent. Price is reasonable.

This ear piece at first seemed as if it was going to be the answer but after about two weeks of heavy use the yellow Gel insert started to lose its rigidity. Once this happened the speaker no longer held tightly to my ear canal and it started to fall out of ear more easily. Almost was the one. Could have also been a little louder.

I have been a Plantronics guy my whole life, but this one was on sale and I thought what the heck, I will give it a try. Glad I did, it doesn't look like much, but it's a nice little Bluetooth. I have not had any issue's with it, since I have been using it for a week or two. I only have a couple complaint's, it is not very loud. I have the volume turned up all the way, and I can hear, but would like it a little louder. And when I get an email or text on my phone, it sounds through the earpiece instead of on my phone. There might be a way to switch it to my phone, but I have not figured it out yet. But other than those 2 things, its a nice Bluetooth.

I purchased this Bluetooth for the quality and comfortabilty that I usually find in jabra products. I needed a Bluetooth device that was water resistant because of the type of work I do. I was not disappointed with the comfort and so far the quality. I however don't like that it doesn't have a volume button on the device.

For some this may work fine. After about a week it seemed as if the gel insert that was supposed to hold the earpiece started to lose its stiffness so it started falling out. That also led to it not being as loud as it was in beginning. Ok,but not great.

It is sturdy albeit heavy. Buttons (mute, Siri, etc.) are easy to use but that is due in part to the fact that it is a larger earpiece than the Stealth. Range is okay. Battery good. Sound is good. May not be that comfortable for some people given the size and weight. Experiment with the ear pieces. Cover for USB charger appears flimsy and is hard to work around. Unit has a 5 year warranty.

This is a great Bluetooth headset. 6 hours of talk time lasts all day on a single charge. The clarity on both ends is the best I've had. Easy to use, but the large ear piece makes my ear sore, and it is bulky. It gets hung up and pulled from my ear often. The Jabra I had previously was very small, and fit into my ear very comfortably. It stopped charging properly, and I had to exchange it for a new one, but Best Buy stopped carrying it. This one is much better quality talk time and sound.

The silicone on the ear hook makes it comfortable to wear all day. The sound is great and the battery life is good as well. I’ve tried quite a few bluetooths, but this one, by far, is my favorite.

This is my second one as I lost my first one. Sound is clear and loud. Many rubber ear pieces to fit your ear. It also comes with a removable behind the ear piece for extra hold in ear. Easy to pair. It is rain proof. Also it stays connected to phone all through my house...3 stories. Battery life seems good. Best Buy match Amazon pricing so I got a great deal on it. Thanks Best Buy!

I would give this a five star but there is a fitting issue as I have found when bending down and turning my head the ear piece becomes dislodged and falls out even with the yellow hook compressing in my ear. Everyone's ears are not the same shape and very few ear pieces fit my ear profile unless it is custom made. I own a small cabinet shop business and I am constantly bending, shaking and contorting my body but so far the sound is clear and the people on the other end can hear me just fine. Hope this helps!

I have an android and iPhone connected at the same time and dont have any problems interchanging. It plays music as well with a nice quality. Only con its a little in the larger than others.

Overall the Bluetooth is an outstanding product. People on the other end are saying the sound quality is crystal clear. It is very comfortable and I barely notice that I have it on my ear. The only drawback that I am noticing is that the sound level on my end is very quiet and I wish it were louder, otherwise it's an amazing unit.

So far this earpiece has been good, noice cancelation works fine altough sometimes i wish for higher volume.

I seem to go through ear clips on a Bluetooth like there's no tomorrow. Of course, you can't purchase an OEM ear clip so I ordered more from a vendor online. Once I connected that ear clip to my Bluetooth (and my backup) the Bluetooth came apart. I wasn't looking for this particular item but after seeing how study it looked I thought I would give it a try. So far so good. Give me 9-12 months and I'll give you an update. Maybe I'll update it to 5 stars.

I have a hearing impairment and always had trouble using the bluetooth in my car or other headset devices. This one I absolutely love and even bought my mother a similar one by the same company. It's easy to use, the quality is great I am able to hear and speak through it and be heard clearly and it's beyond comfortable.
