I just use Google for GPS. I have not figured out how to turn up volume on the device.I just keep it turned up through my phone.

I found the buttons confusing ( so tiny, symbols tiny , all in black hard to see, not like my old Jabra Era Shadowbox which I loved) and hated how you had to charge it with a tiny door hard to open and then hard to plug in. Didn't check out the gps feature and don't remember any volume button but there might have been.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nothing much works with the Steel. Terrible product. You'll need to find something else, unfortunately. Volume is one of the primary issues with the unit. It is extremely quiet, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had one for 3 years. GPS works very well. Directions and street names are very clear, even over other noise in the car. Volume can be changed between 2 preset levels.
