Our warranty program is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide peace of mind for the long-term use of your equipment.The Explorer 2000 Plus comes with a 3-year standard warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, when you register your product on our official website, an extended 2-year warranty is automatically applied, bringing the total coverage to 5 years. Please note that Jackery's warranty does not apply to: ① Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature. ② Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility. ③ Any product purchased through an online auction house. ④ Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
