The Explorer 290 can be fully charged by wall outlet(6H), by 12V Car outlet (6.5H) and by one SolarSaga 100W(5H).Kindly check the specification of your full string of lights to know the running watts. The Explorer 290 can run the devices whose running watts is lower than 200W.As for the running time, you can calculate it probably it via the formula of running time=290Wh*0.8(inverter power loss)/ running watts of your device.
