It couldnt run it for long, but it could run it for a very short time. It ran a tiny 120v heater (just the heater) for 2 hours before the battery was completely depleted. I would probably get a larger battery for both those items, like the Jackery 1000 or 1500 at least, so you can have the power up for longer.

If you need to power a high current appliance like an A/C window unit consuming somewhere up to between 10 to 12 amps or refrigerator you are going to need to know how many watts the A/C unit draws but a safe bet is that a 2000 Watt-Hour rated unit like the Jackery 2000 would give you roughly 90 minutes of use with your Window A/C unit.
