i believe , like most rechargeable batteries, you can charge and discharge the battery 4000 times and is rated to power things for 1500 hours (Start to see decline is performance after that, think dying iPhone battery)

Here's an explanation of the terms used in the E300 Plus specifications: Cycle Life (4000): Cycle Life refers to the number of complete charge and discharge cycles the battery can go through before it starts to lose its capacity to hold a full charge. For example, the E300 Plus is rated to have 4000 charge cycles. That means you can fully charge and discharge the battery 4000 times before the battery's capacity starts to decrease significantly. This is a great indicator of battery longevity, meaning the E300 Plus is designed to last for many years of use. Maximum Battery Life (1500 hours): Maximum Battery Life refers to the expected total operational time of the battery, in terms of hours, under normal use. For the E300 Plus, it’s rated to last up to 1500 hours of continuous use. This means that under regular usage conditions, the battery is expected to last for a total of 1500 hours before its performance significantly degrades, resulting in a loss of capacity. To summarize: Cycle Life of 4000 means you can expect to fully charge and discharge the battery around 4000 times before it starts losing significant performance. Maximum Battery Life of 1500 hours means that if you're constantly using the battery, you'd expect it to last about 1500 hours before it needs replacement or its efficiency drops.
