Q: QuestionBoth of my headphones are connected between them and to my phone but one of them is not reproducing any music, I can play pause in it and music stops but there is no way any sound is coming from it. I have tried to use it in mono setting, did not help

• A:Answer Unpair your headphones mono is if your going to use one earbuds. Search up the buds again on bluetooth and connect with "true live" and should connect both headphones.

• A:Answer It's in your instruction book. STEP TWO. In case you lost your book, When you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other, and the LED's will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LED's will quick flash blue. If you still have problems, contact support at www.jamaudio.com.
