Return/exchange them. I had the same problem and had to return them yesterday
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.USB relys on power from the device in which you are plugging the headphones into. For example, if your laptop is powered off, there is not power going to the USB ports. If however, you are using a charging brick with a USB cord, try a different cord. Any micro USB adapter should work. If the USB adapter that came with the headphones is defective, email JAM and they'll more than likely send you a free replacement. They're very good about fixing any issues.
