“Is there a warranty on this item? I brought this item in August between now and then I have used it about 8 times. Last night I used it and notices that the part that goes into my phone got stuck inside my phone and it took some time to get it out. Now there is no way to connect that piece back into the cord so it doesn't work at all now.”

• I experienced the exact same problem. Worst purchase I've ever made at BB. Would never recommend this product or anything made by this vendor.

• This is apparently fairly common. Supposedly there is a 1-year warranty, but I have not met anyone who has been able own invoke it :(

• When I bought this item, it said it comes with a warranty. So, hopefully you got it. Though, I'm not in Australia so I don't understand why the warranty come with that country..
