No. The issue was still present. I returned them.

Please try again later.I have owned these earphones for several months and have used them for many hours of running, biking, gym workouts and just casual listening at coffee shops and home. I have never experienced the connection problems reported by others. I applied the firmware update which Jaybird posted not long after I got the earphones and perhaps that is why I have never had a problem. I think you can rely upon Jaybird to stand behind its products and can buy these with confidence!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s an issue of Jaybird using Bluetooth to talk from the right ear to the left. Most other true wireless headphones use a different technology that is more accurate and doesn’t cut out when things like....oh you know, your head...get in the way. Go with Bose unless Jaybird learns to update their technology to keep up with the industry.

Please try again later.Hello there :) as of March 20, 2018, the updated firmware solves the connectivity issue....Netflix there is no lag between sound and video, however, there is a lag with YouTube video. I personally like the sound/music quality. I like em, I have 14 days to decide...Thanks!
