• Yes, they stay put while running. I haven't had any issues with running in them at all.

• I think it just depends on the shape of your ear. You get a variety of size attachments for the ear buds that you have to try out and find the ones that fit to your ear correctly. I've tried them all and the ear buds still manage to fall out of my ear after wearing them for some time, even if I'm just sitting or walking around the house.
