The call quality is quite good for compact headphones. But as with all headphones, the call quality is affected by environmental conditions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because of the design, the earbuds fit into the canals of your ear which make it hard to hear yourself speaking. But I have taken several phone calls while wearing these and the caller on the other end had no issues with hearing my voice clearly. I could also hear the caller very clearly. But as I said above if you were to stick cotton balls in your ears and then speak that is what it sounds like. Like you have stopped up ears when you get a cold or something similar to that. But absolutely no issues with call quality on either end.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the microphone is in the play/pause/volume control unit. I've had no complaints from listeners.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They have a strange sensation when speaking on the phone, similar to having a cold where your ears are plugged. You hear yourself talk too well, and almost echo, it results in you talking too loudly. I'd not recommend these for talking on the phone, check out Plantronics BackBeat series for better sounding music and calls. I tried 6 pairs of headphones and the 2100 were the best.
