• I’m not sure if you can swim with them on, but I accidentally threw mine in the washer (while in the case ) and they still work just fine

• While they are waterproof, i don't think you can swim with them. The bluetooth signal does not travel underwater.

• No, I wouldn't recommend it despite the fact they are considered waterproof. In fact, you may be able to get away with shallow water for upto 30 minutes but no more than that. The waterproofing is more as a safe guard for durability.
