Yes it will. It has the silicon ear fins which will hold it in place inside ear. I use it for my half marathon and it never fell off at all.

This is actually the only way I wear mine. i hate having something hanging in front of me. I have gone on runs, working out, rock climbing, biking, and all without them falling off.
