Depends how long ago you bought the item. I think you have 15 days to do an exchange. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.See the problem with the battery life issues is that people tend to overcharge them over the max of 2 hours when the battery is weak. Best Buy possibly can fix it for you for a reasonable price if not then it's a hard lesson for the consumer to learn from.
