Troubleshooting your phone Bluetooth connection: if u r having issues connecting to Bluetooth then go to Bluetooth settings and press forget the Bluetooth device, Switch off the mobile, switch it on, then once you keep your Bluetooth headphones in a search mode you can see the name of that headphones on your mobile Bluetooth list, then simply pair it by pressing on the device name on mobile and then pressing the button on your Bluetooth device if required
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a iPhone 5S and connect to all kinds of Bluetooth devices. I am running iOS 10.3.2 Check your iOS version and update to the latest. If you still can not connect, check the manual on the device to see if it identifies which devices it will and will not connect to. If that says it's compatible, try connecting your iPhone 5S to a different Bluetooth device to confirm the phone's bluetooth is working. If none of the above works, your iPhone maybe fubar
