Have you tried to do a hard reset on your headphones? I was having the same issue and I did a hard reset. The hard reset is as follows: 1. Make sure headphones are completely off. 2. Press the power button for about 8 seconds. 3. Once it's on, double press the power button. 4. Now headphones have reset and you can now try to charge or pair them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has not happened to me. I'd return it in exchange for another one if it's not to late. If so then contact jaybirds to send a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No problems with charging from Wall or Car. I did experience some issues when attempting to charge from a power bank. You may have to return them and get another pair. You can also try contacting jaybird ( logitech ) support and see what they say. But I would return them to place I purchased them for another pair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Haven't had this issue yet and I hope I don't. Have you tried a different micro USB than the provided one? Also, you could try a different USB power outlet. Hopefully it's just the cord who is the culprit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe a defect... I have not had any problems with mine
