I've had the X and X2, and both versions i have LOST so many earbuds because they fall off they're not really fitted or stuck to the earphones, sometimes I take the earphones off and the earbuds stay in my ear! very frustrating! any improvement there? null

My wife is succombed to the same problem however she and I both have not had any issues with the earbud tips falling off; silicone or noise reducing foam tips. Just like the fins the earbud tips seem to slightly snap on vs. just slipping and sliding around. Requires a little effort to actually pull the tips off to change them but not so much it's inconvenient.

I say Yes. The X3 has a slightly different "post" for holding the earbud covers. See picture attached.. The X and X2 had a smooth plastic post. So far, the X3's hold on better. I experienced the same thing as you with the X and X2, especially with the silicone earbuds. They would always come off in my pocket after a few weeks of use.

These stay in. I tried Beats, Bose and X1 and they all came out. These are great.
