• You have to actually physically go in store to get a specific one. For some reason the best buy system does not allow you to choose which you'd like.

• Hey!! I had trouble finding them too. I k ow for a fact they have both Sonic and Tails at best buy in Huntsville Al. That may not help, but maybe you can order from there directly? I LOVE MINE! goos luck!
