“Do these speakers have an auto off or standby feature? If they do, is it possible to disable it? My current speakers have a standby feature that kicks in too frequently and I want to make sure any new purchase doesn't have that.”

Yes. But it takes at least 15 minutes of inactivity before it activates. And it takes maybe 2 seconds for the speakers to quietly re-activate.
