• Yes, if you have an HDMI input on your tv it will work fine.

• It should be able to. The soundbar plays standard dolby it doesnt have the next ones up. You have two ways to play your audio either thru hdmi to hdmi arc of your tv or an optical audio cable which i found easier to use.
