QuestionMy 3.1 Soundbar and cable box are not syncing via the HDMI. TV and cable box power on, then the Soundbar power off. When I reboot the TV, the Soundbar goes "Standby", then powers off. I have to reboot my entire system to get everything working.

QuestionI have a Epson projector with Spectrum cable and a JBL soundbar. I did not have this problem with DirecTV. Everytime I change the channel, hit guide, go to MyDVR, etc.. the soundbar changes the source. Do you have any suggestions??

QuestionI want to control the volume (up/down/mute) with my samsung remote but when I use it all that pops up is a pop-up that says "JBL(Optical)", nothing is affected when I try to increase or decrease volume. The JBL works fine with my old remote, Im confused.

QuestionBought my JBL 3.1 two years ago. Suddenly, no sound from TV. I tried a new cable, resetting soundbar, and ensured the sound on tv is set to external output. The soundbar still works perfectly when connected to my phone via bluetooth. Help, please?

QuestionAny minor sounds can be heard in the TV speaker but not the sound bar. Minor sounds include miscellaneous background noises in a tv show or movie. Are there any settings that need to be changed for the sound bar to be able to hear the small sounds?

QuestionI purchased this soundbar on 5/8, received on 5/15/2020 or so. Recently the sound cuts out in slit seconds, while the LCD cycles quickly from the volume to mute to volume to mute etc. This happens multiple times. My version does say "MCU 49"

QuestionI have the JBL 3.1 soundbar and the subwoofer will not pair anymore worked fine since I bought it in Feb now it is not working. Has power I tried the manual pairing procedure multiple times, also performed hard reset and unplugged sub and sound bar.
