Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We're here to help, Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Bar 5.1 Surround. Try using a different source ex. (phone, tablet) and connect via Bluetooth for us to check if the sound of the soundbar would still be the same. Try watching or playing music from different sources ex. (Netflix, YouTube, cable box). Try using a different HDMI cable. Try connecting the soundbar to a different TV to check the audio. Please make sure that the audio settings of your TV is set to PCM or Bitstream is selected. Do not set it to Auto as this could affect the audio processing of the TV to the soundbar. Either way, both PCM and Bitstream are compatible with our soundbar. We can also try to reset the soundbar to factory settings, here are the steps: With the soundbar turned on, press and hold the power and Source button for 3 seconds. Your device is now reset.
