Turn off Subwoofer and Sound Bar and unplug them for 3 minutes. Plug the power back in and press the Pair button on both devices. Refer to the owner's manual for manually pairing the Subwoofer and Soundbar (if possible). Move the Subwoofer closer. Turn off 2.4 GHz devices (Wi-Fi connected devices may cause interference, e.g. smart home products, baby monitors, etc.).
